As an approved affiliate, you may share your unique referral link across your own website, social media, email list, or other channels you control; use the marketing materials and approved copy provided to you; write your own honest reviews and recommendations; and reference protocol names, pillar themes, and general descriptions of the matrix for promotional purposes.

To protect the value of the matrix for paying customers, affiliates may not distribute, share, upload, or transmit the ebook file itself — in whole or in part — to anyone who hasn't purchased it; offer it as a "free bonus" or incentive for list signups or other actions; upload it to file-sharing sites or content lockers; reproduce substantial portions of its content in other products; use deceptive or misleading claims when promoting it; or bid on our brand terms in paid search without written permission.

Violating these terms may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions, removal from the program, and — for unauthorized redistribution of the ebook file — action under the Product's copyright terms.

Affiliates earn a commission on each qualifying sale made through their unique referral link, calculated on the net sale price. Referral tracking is handled through Gumroad's affiliate system — commission rate and cookie duration are set in the Gumroad affiliate dashboard and shown when you join.

Commissions are paid out according to Gumroad's standard affiliate payout schedule. Commissions are not paid on orders that are refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent — any commission already paid on such an order will be deducted from future payouts.

Affiliates must comply with applicable advertising disclosure laws, including FTC guidelines on endorsements. This means clearly disclosing your affiliate relationship (for example, "I earn a commission if you purchase through this link") wherever you share your referral link.

Either party may end the affiliate relationship at any time. Upon termination, your referral link will be deactivated; commissions earned prior to termination for valid, non-refunded sales will still be paid on the normal schedule. We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate found in violation of Section 2 immediately and without payment of pending commissions.

These affiliate terms operate alongside — and do not override — the copyright and license terms included with the ebook itself. Nothing here grants any right to copy, distribute, or share the ebook file. Authorization for affiliates is limited strictly to promotional activity as described in Section 1.
